Why Pacavita exists
The options were bad.
So I made a better one.
I studied mathematics because I found it interesting. Moved into software and then security — cryptographic implementations, vulnerability research, the kind of work where you look at how systems break before deciding how to build them. That turned out to be a useful way to think about everything, including websites.
I live in Saltaire. The businesses around me — cafés, barbers, dog walkers, trades — were stuck between two bad options. An agency in Leeds that charges thousands for a template and sends a monthly PDF nobody reads. Or a DIY builder that produces something that looks like 2009 and has zero security headers, no SEO, and a contact form that silently breaks.
Pacavita is the third option. One person who does the whole thing — website, Google profile, SEO, bookings, payments, photos, social content — for a fixed price, with the security background to make sure it actually works and doesn’t get hacked. No retainers, no project managers, no slide decks.

I walk past the shops I build for. I know which streets get Saturday foot traffic, which events drive demand, which postcodes Google uses for the local pack. A Manchester agency can’t fake that.

No discovery workshops. No brand strategy sessions. No stakeholder alignment calls. You fill in a brief, I build the thing. Most websites live within 48 hours.
The difference
Your web designer probably can’t explain what a Content Security Policy does.
Most web designers are visual people who learned code. I came at it from the other direction — mathematics, then security, then building things. That means when I set up your Stripe integration, I know what PCI SAQ-A scope means. When I configure your headers, I know what HSTS preload prevents. When I tell you not to use WordPress, I can explain exactly which attack surfaces it opens.
This isn’t a premium add-on or a “security package” you pay extra for. It is the baseline. Every single site I build ships with it because I don’t know how to build one without it.
