Full £349 line-item breakdown below — the exact spec of what Essential includes, with elsewhere-prices for each piece so you can audit the value yourself.

The honest breakdown

What £349 actually gets you

These are the line items I’d charge for separately at agency day rates. The elsewhere column is what a freelance web designer in Leeds, a copywriter on Upwork, or a UK legal template service would typically charge for the same work — the numbers I’ve seen quoted to my own clients before they came to me.

What’s included

Typical elsewhere

Multi-page site, up to 6 pages

Home, about, services, gallery, contact, FAQ — designed around your business, not a generic template drop.

£800–£1,500

3 SEO blog articles

Written for your actual local keywords. The kind of pages that quietly earn you traffic for years.

£180–£360

Contact form, Google Maps, WhatsApp button

Spam-filtered enquiries straight to your inbox. Tap-to-message on mobile. Map pinned to your real location.

£80–£150

UK-compliant legal pages

Terms, privacy, cookies, and refund policy. GDPR and ICO aligned. Written to protect you if someone complains.

£300–£600

SEO setup

Schema markup, sitemap, meta tags, OG images, 95+ Lighthouse performance score. The technical SEO a freelancer charges extra for.

£300–£500

Mobile-first responsive design

Built for phones first because that's where 70% of your local searches happen. No broken layouts, no zoom-to-read.

£200–£400

Photo gallery

Lazy-loaded, lightbox on click, optimised for size. Your work, shown properly.

£100–£200

Stripe payments

Take deposits, bookings, or product payments directly on your site. Fully set up, tested, and handed over.

£200–£400

Client portal

Edit your own content after launch — prices, hours, gallery, blog posts. No tech skills needed, no monthly CMS fee.

£400–£800

Google Business Profile setup

28 items across 7 categories — claim, verify, categorise, photos, copy, posts, Q&A, reviews. The single biggest thing for local walk-ins, done for you. The full list is at /tools/gbp-checklist.

£200–£400

Launch performance report

Full Lighthouse audit handed over at launch — Performance, SEO, Accessibility, Best Practices, and Core Web Vitals. Real Google data, not vibes. You can try it on your own site right now at /tools/launch-report.

£200–£400

Brand starter kit

Business card (print-ready PDF), email signature HTML, and a 1080×1080 social post template — all built around your site's accent colour and typography. One palette, three assets. Try yours at /tools/brand-kit.

£250–£500

2 revision rounds during build

Real feedback rounds with a human who cares, not a ticket-system exchange.

£200–£400

3 months free hosting

SSL, backups, security updates, uptime monitoring. After that it's £15/month and you can cancel anytime.

Why so much less

Three reasons, plainly. I work from Saltaire, not a Leeds office. No rent, no account managers, no billable hours lost to meetings about meetings.

I use a template system I’ve built up across 50+ local business archetypes. Your site isn’t reinvented from scratch — it’s tailored to your business from a design I already know works. That’s where the eighty hours of design time disappears.

And I’d rather have local clients who stay for years than chase high margins. I live here too. The shop you run is across the road from mine.

Curious first?

Run the launch report on your site

Every Pacavita client gets a Lighthouse audit at launch. Run the same one on your current site now. Free. Real Google data.

Try it on your site

Or this

Generate a brand starter kit

Business card, email signature, and a social post image from a single colour and name. Every client gets one at launch.

The service part

What happens after you pay

No account managers, no ticket queue, no “we’ll get back to you within 5 working days.” You get me, direct, on WhatsApp. Same thread from the first message to the 90-day check-in. Every update, every preview, every tweak — same person, same place.

  1. 01

Within a few hours of your order

    I message you directly

Not an automated confirmation email. An actual message from me, on WhatsApp, saying hello and asking the handful of things I need to start. The thread we open here is the one we’ll use for everything after.

  2. 02

During the build — 3 to 5 days

    Previews in the same thread

I send you a preview link when the first draft is ready. You tell me what you want changed. We go back and forth until it’s right. No ticket numbers, no portals to log into, no project managers in the middle. Just us.

  3. 03

    Launch day

You get the live site and the keys

Live URL, portal login so you can edit content yourself, and a short written walkthrough of what to do first. All in WhatsApp. You can pin the thread if you want.

  4. 04

    30 days after launch

I check in, not the other way round

One message, a month in. How’s it going, anything not working, anything you want tweaked. Small changes go in that week. You don’t chase me, I chase me.

  5. 05

    For the first 90 days

    Reply any time for tweaks

Copy changes, price updates, photo swaps, a new blog idea, a holiday closure banner — reply to the thread, I handle it. No extra charge. Most clients send two or three messages in the whole period. The promise is the point.

No calls. No Zoom. No “let me schedule you in.” Most people running a local business would rather reply to a message between customers than block out thirty minutes they don’t have. If you do want to talk on the phone at some point, we can — but nothing in the process requires it.

Questions

Things people ask

How long does it take?

Essential sites are usually live within 3–5 days. Pro takes a bit longer depending on how many pages and blog articles are involved.

Do I need to provide content?

I write all the copy based on your brief. You can edit it later through the portal. Photos are helpful if you have them — if not, I’ll work with what I can find or suggest a local photographer.

What happens after the 3 free months of hosting?

£15/month covers hosting, SSL, backups, security updates, and support. Cancel anytime. If you cancel, you keep the code — I won’t hold your site hostage.

Can I cancel anytime?

Monthly add-ons can be cancelled anytime with no notice. Your site stays online as long as hosting is active.

Do you offer refunds?

Full refund before I start building. Once your preview is delivered you’ve consented to immediate digital delivery, so refunds aren’t available after that point. See the refund policy for the full wording.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. You get a free subdomain (yourname.pacavita.app) and can connect your own domain for a £39 one-off setup fee.

Are the elsewhere prices above real?

Yes. They’re honest ranges from Leeds and Manchester agencies, freelance web designers on PeoplePerHour and Upwork, and UK-specific legal template services. I’ve had clients show me the quotes they were given before finding me. The low end is freelancer rates, the high end is small agency rates. You’re welcome to check.
